These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Faceless Cash Machine mobile application (the "App") and this website (the "Site"), operated by GVX Digital LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading the App or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

The content

Faceless Cash Machine — the book, the Interactive Workbook, and the Prompt Vault — is provided for educational and informational purposes. It describes general strategies and frameworks for building a content-based business. Nothing in the App or on the Site is financial, legal, tax, or professional advice specific to your situation, and we make no guarantee of any particular outcome, income, or result from following it.

Your use of the App

You may use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the App or its content, in whole or in part, except for the Prompt Vault's prompts, which are provided for you to copy and use in your own work.

Third-party AI tools

The Prompt Vault provides prompt text intended to be copied into third-party AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini). We do not operate those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the output those tools generate.

Third-party links

The App and Site may link to external websites and tools we don't operate, including in the Resource Library. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.

Intellectual property

Faceless Cash Machine™ is a product of GVX Digital. The text of the book, the Faceless Cash Machine name and logo, and the App's design are the property of GVX Digital LLC. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App and Site are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GVX Digital LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Site, or from any business decisions made based on their content.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App or Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GVX Digital LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
